Minutes of the previous meeting and schedule of district meetings
The minutes will be approved at the meeting. The schedule of district meetings is an informational item.
Administrative consent items
In the normal review process, minor errors in the manuals have been noted and will be corrected with the next set of manual revisions.
Financing manual revisions
At the March 12, 2010 Board meeting, staff presented the idea of going back to issuing free manual revisions. Staff would like official action from the Board on this issue.

Paving figures (Sections 7010 and 7020)
The SUDAS paving figures (7010 - PCC and 7020 - HMA) have been revised as a part of Phase 3 of the inconsistencies project and based on comments received at the February and May meetings.
Driveway grading details (Figures 7030.103 and 7030.104)
When Section 7030 (Recreational Trails, Sidewalks, and Driveways) was rewritten for the 2009 Edition, two figures (Figure 7030.1 - Driveway Grading Detail and Figure 7030.2 - Parking and Backslopes) were removed but no formal action was taken to archive these figures. The consensus from the districts was to put these figures back in Section 7030.
Pavement rehabilitation figures (Section 7040)
The figures for Section 7040 have been revised as a part of Phase 3 of the inconsistencies project and based on comments received at the February and May meetings.
